Expression of Interest: Helen Hamlyn Award

Describe the site, its current condition and ownership. What role does it currently play in the local community? What challenges or opportunities does the site face that this project will address? Include a URL if you have one.
What activities, works or programmes will the grant support? Please explain what will happen, who will be involved and what changes you expect to see by the end of the project.
Why is this project needed now? What barriers, risks or opportunities is it responding to? What benefits will it create for the site, your organisation, local communities and/or young people? Please describe the most important outcomes you hope to achieve.
Does your organisation have all the expertise needed to deliver this successfully? If not, could we potentially partner you with an expert from within the INTO family of heritage trusts? NB - You are not required to identify identify external needs.
Please provide a high-level budget and explain how the proposed expenditure will contribute to the project's outcomes and impact. At this stage we are not looking for much detail, but an example of a useful level would be if you could give a rough estimation of the split between expected core, capital and activity costs.
